Al jesi vidio gledanost 2. epizode na NBCu? :( Katastrofa :ne zna:

Evo malo vijesti sa ABCa:

ABC has given a green light to a pair of comedy pilots, including one that will mark Gilmore gal Lauren Graham's return to the small screen.

In Let It Go, Graham will play a self-help guru/talk show host whose advice to woman winds up falling on her own deaf ears when her "perfect" beau gives her the boot.

Alex Herschlag of Will & Grace will write the pilot as well as exec-produce with Eric Tannenbaum, Kim Tannenbaum and Mitch Hurwitz. Graham herself will serve as a producer.

Graham will juggle the lensing of her pilot with her upcoming run in Broadway's Guys and Dolls, which begins previews Wednesday and officially raises its curtain March 1.

The other laffer that got a go-ahead from ABC on Thursday is The New Twenty, which is about two friends in their 40s who are at different stages in life (one has a newborn, the other has a kid entering college).

In addition to its previously announced spin-off of NCIS, CBS has given a go-ahead to three other drama pilots, two of which also come from creative minds very familiar to the Eye.

From Criminal Minds boss Ed Bernero comes Washington Field, which revolves around the National Capital Response Squad, a team of experts from various fields who trot the globe responding to events of interest to the United States. (Dollars to donuts this gets renamed NCRS before the day is done.)

The Unit co-executive producer Frank Military (fitting name, no?), meanwhile, is developing for CBS a legal drama about federal prosecutors in the U.S. Attorney's office in New York City.

Lastly, says the Hollywood Reporter, Back centers on a man who returns home only to discover that he was reported missing eight years prior, immediately after the 9/11 terror attacks. He then must piece together fractured relationships and make sense of his lost time.

Ovo zadnje zvuči zanimljivo :D :top:

Not long after CBS showed its hand regarding a trio of drama projects, ABC has given a pilot order to what would be the network's first series from überproducer Jerry Bruckheimer. ABC also greenlit prospective series from Mark Gordon (Grey's Anatomy) and McG (Terminator Salvation).

Bruckheimer's untitled pilot, says the Hollywood Reporter, revolves around a team of amateur detectives who work cases involving unidentified victims. If picked up to series, it would mark Bruckheimer's first scripted show for ABC, which in the past had passed on CSI (oops) and chased after Eleventh Hour.

Also now in the pipeline at the Alphabet network is Gordon's Empire State, in which a family of blue-collar iron workers crosses paths with a wealthy brood when a "Romeo and Juliet" romance occurs between their kin, and Limelight, a McG-produced prime-time sudser about the teachers and students at a performing-arts college in New York City.

CBS is treading into potentially controversial reality TV territory again.

The network has ordered a new series from the producers of "Top Chef" that puts lovelorn singles into arranged marriages.

The show introduces four adults age approximately 25-45 who are anxious to get married but have been unsuccessful in their search for a mate. Their friends and family select a spouse for them, and the newly paired couple exchange marital vows. The series follows their marriages.

The rest of the details for the project, whose early working title is "Arranged Marriage," are being kept under wraps.

The series is from Jane Lipsitz and Dan Cutforth of Magical Elves, which launched "Project Runway" on Bravo and produces the network's "Top Chef."

It is the second series greenlighted by CBS' new reality chief Jennifer Bresnan, following the recent order for "Block Party," a competition among neighboring families.

The series order for "Marriage" shows CBS is not shying away from reality projects that might draw a few pointed editorials in the wake of the network's previous envelope-pushing social experiment, the fall 2007 series "Kid Nation."

The marriage series comes on the heels of CBS' success with traditional scripted fare this past fall, led by hit new procedural "The Mentalist."

Although it might seem surprising that CBS would opt for a potentially hot-button series when it's on a roll with tried-and-true concepts, reality TV is unlike scripted. New dramas and comedies can get away with showing merely the slightest twist on a decades-old format. But reality shows are built on taking chances with social experiments and competitions giving viewers something they have not seen before.

Still, "Marriage" will inevitably draw comparisons to another arranged-marriage reality show, Fox's infamous "Married by America."

The short-lived 2003 series drew fire from conservative groups, and one bachelor party scene containing pixelated nudity resulted in the FCC's slapping Fox stations with a $1.18 million fine (which was reduced last month to $91,000).

CBS' project contains some key differences.

In "Married," couples were paired by viewers voting from home and then sequestered in a hotel to learn more about each other.

CBS' project presents itself as a documentary series about finding true love, a show that extends the Eastern tradition of an arranged marriage (where friends and family select the mate) into the West.

Another difference is that on "Married," despite the pundit outcry, nobody on the show actually ended up getting hitched.

On CBS, reality TV couples will really tie the knot.

OMG

The team of producer Mark Gordon and scribe Michael Seitzman are now two-for-two this pilot season, scoring a greenlight from CBS for their D.C.-based drama "House Rules."

Eye pickup comes just days after ABC picked up another Mark Gordon Co. project penned by Seitzman, the Manhattan sudser "Empire State."

"House Rules" revolves around the freshman class of elected representatives as they begin their careers in Washington. Logline calls it a political "Grey's Anatomy."

Seitzman will exec produce with Gordon and Deb Spera. ABC Studios is behind the pilot.

ABC has given a plum Monday night berth to "Surviving Suburbia," the orphaned Bob Saget comedy that had originally been targeted for the CW's Sunday night lineup.

The half-hour laffer will air on Mondays at 9:30 p.m., following "Dancing with the Stars," starting April 6. ABC had previously announced that "Samantha Who," which earned a solid following in that spot last year and this fall, is moving to Thursdays.

"Suburbia" was originally set to air this March as part of Media Rights Capital's Sunday night programming deal with the CW. But the show was left without a home after the CW scrapped that relationship.

ABC, which has been on the hunt for family shows in the vein of "Roseanne" and "Home Improvement," later entered talks with MRC about acquiring the show, which has already produced 13 episodes (Daily Variety, Jan. 29).

Kevin Abbott ("Reba") exec produces the laffer, along with Acme Prods.' Michael Hanel and Mindy Schultheis. "Suburbia" revolves around Keith and Anne Stevers and their two children, all of whose lives are upended when they get new next-door neighbors.

Series also stars Cynthia Stevenson, Jared Kusnitz, G Hannelius, Jere Burns and Dan Cortese.

Saget's no stranger to ABC, having performed double duty for the Alphabet in the early 1990s, as star of "Full House" and host of "America's Funniest Home Videos."

"Suburbia" pickup extends ABC's relationship with MRC, which is also behind the net's upcoming animated laffer "The Goode Family."

Ugh... Dabogda propala serija :rigo: I sad zbog ovog će Sam Who? trunut četvrtkom :o :nono:

I evo još malo vijesti :D

The CW is looking to take a bite out of the vampire craze, picking up a pilot based on the "Vampire Diaries" series of books.

Also on Thursday, the weblet greenlighted the Washington, D.C.-set drama "The Body Politic," while CBS ordered the comedy pilot "The Big D."

"Vampire Diaries" comes from Alloy Entertainment, the same shingle whose past book series led to the Dub's series "Gossip Girl" and "Privileged."

Originally published in 1993 - which, as the CW took pains to note, was years before Stephanie Meyer launched her "Twilight" book franchise - "Vampire Diaries" revolves around a young woman whose torn between two vampire brothers. The The brothers - one good, one evil -- are battling for her soul, and the souls of her pals, family and the small town where they live.

The CW has reunited with "Scream," "I Know What You Did Last Summer" and "Dawson's Creek" scribe Kevin Williamson, who last produced "Hidden Palms" for the net, to exec produce and write. Julie Plec ("Kyle XY") is also on board to write and EP.

Warner Bros. TV, where Alloy (which owns the rights to "Vampire Diaries") is set up, is the studio; Alloy's Les Morgenstein and Bob Levy are also exec producers.

A 4-book novel series, "Vampire Diaries" was originally penned by L.J. Smith. After the success of the "Twilight" series, Morgenstein suggested to HarperCollins, the publisher of the "Diaries" books, that they should re-release the books with new covers.

Since then, "Diaries" has hit the New York Times Bestseller's list, and HarperCollins has ordered three more books. The first new installment, "The Vampire Diaries: The Return: Nightfall," comes out next Tuesday.

As for "The Body Politic," drama centers on young group of D.C. staffers - in particular, a young woman who moves to Washington to work for a senator.

Jason Rothenberg and Bill Robinson are penning the drama; Peter Horton will exec produce. CBS Paramount Network TV is the studio.

"The Body Politic" is the latest of several D.C.-themed pilots at the nets. CBS has the drama "House Rules," about a freshman class of Congressional reps, while ABC has "Inside the Box," about a Washington news bureau.

Then there's "The Big D," from scribes Jackie Filgo and Jeff Filgo.

Laffer revolves around a New York couple who move to Dallas, where the man's Southern mother clashes with her East Coast daughter-in law. Warner Bros. TV is the studio.

It wouldn't be a pilot season without a Jerry Bruckheimer project at CBS -- and the Eye has come through, picking up the medical drama "Miami Trauma."

Jeffrey Lieber wrote and exec produces the hour-long, which comes from Bruckheimer TV and Warner Bros. TV.

Medical drama centers on a team of trauma surgeons saving critically injured patients in Miami.

Bruckheimer and Jonathan Littman are also exec producing, while KristieAnne Reed is a consulting producer.

Bruckheimer TV is also producing the pilot "The Unknown" at ABC.

Meanwhile, trauma units are big this pilot season: NBC previously greenlighted the pilot "Trauma."

Jennifer Lopez has signed to produce a remake of Argentina's hit teen telenovela format "Rebelde Way" (The Rebels) for Fox, which has Stateside rights.

Lopez and Simon Fields will produce under their Nuyorican Prods. banner, based on a screenplay adapted by Duane Adler ("Save the Last Dance," "Step Up").

"Rebels," about a pop band made up of teens who go to an elite private high school, has sold in its original form to more than 40 countries and for remakes to Mexico, Chile, India and Portugal.

It was a busy Friday at the Eye, which picked up five pilots -- including a new medical drama from Jerry Bruckheimer.

NBC, meanwhile, also greenlighted another comedy pilot late Friday, "State of Romance."

At CBS, the pilots included Bruckheimer's "Miami Trauma," as well as the dramas "Three Rivers" and "The Good Wife," and comedies "Accidentally on Purpose" and "Waiting to Die."

Jeffrey Lieber wrote and exec produces "Miami Trauma," which comes from Bruckheimer TV and Warner Bros. TV.

Medical drama centers on a team of trauma surgeons saving critically injured patients in Miami. Trauma units are big this pilot season: NBC previously greenlighted the pilot "Trauma."

Bruckheimer and Jonathan Littman are also exec producing, while KristieAnne Reed is a consulting producer.

Eye caught the hospital bug last week: "Three Rivers" also centers on the medical world, this time about organ transplants through the eyes of doctors, donors and recipients.

Carol Barbee ("Jericho") is writing and exec producing; Curtis Hanson and Carol Fenelon are also EPs.

CBS Paramount Network TV is behind "Three Rivers," as well as "The Good Wife."

Penned by Robert and Michelle King ("In Justice"), legal show focuses on a politician's wife who carves out her own niche as a defense attorney.

The Kings are exec producing with Ridley Scott, Tony Scott and David Zucker.

On the comedy side, chalk up yet another pilot for Sony Pictures TV-based Tantamount, the shingle run by Eric Tannenbaum, Kim Tannenbaum and Mitch Hurwitz.

Tantamount and Sony are behind "Waiting to Die," a buddy comedy about two easy-going guys. Will Sasso and Chad Kultgen created and wrote the pilot.

Eye's other comedy pilot pickup, "Accidentally on Purpose," is based on the autobiographical novel by Mary F. Pols about a San Francisco movie critic who has a fling with a younger man -- and accidentally becomes pregnant.

Claudia Lonow ("Cashmere Mafia") wrote and created the laffer; Lloyd Braun and Gail Berman are also attached, through their BermanBraun label. CBS Paramount Network TV produces.

As for the Peacock's "State of Romance," comedy is described as a Chicago-set modern-day "Pride and Prejudice."

Barbara Wallace and Tom Wolfe ("Welcome to New York") are the exec producers. Universal Media Studios produces.

ABC continues to load up on comedy pilots, giving greenlights to six more projects Wednesday. CBS, meanwhile, added three more drama projects, from scribes Shawn Ryan, Pam Veasey and Margaret Nagle, to its roster.

ABC gave the official go-ahead to a "Cougar Town," a laffer from "Scrubs" creator Bill Lawrence and Kevin Biegel. Project, from ABC Studios, stars Courteney Cox as a fortysomething mom with a 17-year-old son.

Alphabet's untitled Kelsey Grammer comedy, from Warner Bros. TV and Tom Werner's Good Humor TV, is also a go. Comedy penned by "Everybody Loves Raymond" scribe Tucker Cawley stars Grammer as a former Wall Street hotshot who's forced to reconnect with his family after losing his job.

Cedric the Entertainer will star and has co-written the script with Bob Fisher for a half-hour from DreamWorks TV and ABC Studios about reserve police officers for the LAPD. Charles Segars is also exec producing.

"Canned" is a multicamera ensembler from Brillstein Entertainment Partners and ABC Studios about a group of friends who all get fired on the same day. Kevin Etten penned the script and will exec produce with Brillstein's Peter Traugott.

The Sony Pictures TV-based Tantamount shingle run by Mitch Hurwitz, Eric Tannenbaum and Kim Tannenbaum has been given a presentation order for an untitled parenting-themed laffer at ABC to star Anita Renfro. Script was written by Rob Hanning and Amy Welsh, who will exec produce with Hurwitz and the Tannenbaums.

Sony Pictures TV has also received a presentation order from ABC for a comedy from scribe Gaby Allan based on the book "Slummy Mummy" by Fiona Neill. Project revolves around a disaster-prone woman who balances raising three kids with trying to reclaim who she was before she became a wife and mother. Allan will exec produce the presentation along with Jamie Tarses, whose Fanfare shingle is based at Sony.

At CBS, 20th Century Fox TV's "Confessions of a Contractor" is a provocative look at life in L.A. through the eyes of a successful contractor. Ryan is exec producing the script by Richard Murphy, who is also the author of the novel of the same name.

Veasey, longtime showrunner on CBS' "CSI: NY," is at the helm of "I Witness," about a gumshoe professor who uses her physiological skills to solve crimes. Veasey co-wrote the script with Trey Callaway, who will also exec produce.

Nagle is the writer and exec producer of the Warner Bros. TV medical drama centering on a complicated family of doctors.

ABC has spoken, given a greenlight to the comedy pilot "Funny in Farsi."

Laffer is based on the novel "Funny in Farsi: A Memoir of Growing Up Iranian in America" by Firoozeh Dumas, who chronicled her upbringing as an Iranian immigrant in 1970s Newport Beach.

Pickup is contingent on locating a director. Nastaran Dibai and Jeffrey Hodes ("Rita Rocks") are on board to exec produce and write. ABC Studios produces.

Elsewhere in pilot land, helmer Charles McDougall ("The Tudors") is set to direct the CBS pilot "The Good Wife."

"The Good Wife," from CBS Paramount Network TV, revolves around a politician's wife, who takes a legal job after her husband is disgraced. Robert and Michelle King wrote the pilot, which also comes from Scott Free Prods.

McDougall's credits also include "Big Love," "The Office" and "Desperate Housewives."

ABC, CBS and NBC gave greenlights to three more comedy pilots late Thursday.

ABC and ABC Studios are said to be moving forward on a laffer from Acme and sitcom vet Jeff Strauss that looks at marriage and parenthood through the eyes of three different couples. Acme principles Mindy Schultheis and Michael Hanel will exec produce with Strauss.

CBS is taking a shot at "Good Girls," a multi-camera femme buddy comedy from CBS Paramount Network TV and Ashton Kutcher's Katalyst banner about two childhood friends who try to reinvent themselves after making some youthful mistakes. Sherri Bilsing-Graham and Ellen Kreamer wrote the script and will exec produce with Kutcher and Katalyst's Karey Burke and Jason Goldberg.

NBC has OK'd an untitled multi-cam family comedy revolving around adult siblings from scribe Justin Adler, Sony Pictures TV and Tantamount. Adler and Tantamount's Mitch Hurwitz, Eric Tannenbaum and Kim Tannenbaum will exec produce.

Friday Night Lights' Minka Kelly has landed the female lead on Body Politic, the CW's pilot about an absurdly pretty gathering of D.C. up-and-comers.

Kelly will play Hope, a sweet Michigan gal who, after her mother dies, moves to Washington to connect with the father she never knew — a senator-turned-attorney general (played by Animal House's Tim Matheson).

And what of Kelly's FNL gig? According to the Hollywood Reporter, should the NBC/DirecTV series get picked up for a fourth season, the actress likely would return for at least a few episodes, to wrap up college-bound Lyla's storyline.

Also on board for Body Politic is Jason Dohring, playing a reporter for the Washington Post. Following his run as Veronica Mars' Logan, Dohring most recently had a series regular role on CBS' short-lived Moonlight.

Oke, CW ne da MORA otkupit sada ovu seriju, nego ono... :zubo:

Skeet Ulrich, whose Jericho famously managed a (singular) death-row reprieve, is on his way back to CBS as the lead in Back, a drama pilot about a man who returns home to discover he was reported missing eight years earlier, just after Sept. 11. (No, I don't quite get the premise either.)

In other CBS pilot castings, Zoe McLellan (Dirty Sexy Money) has landed a role in House Rules (playing one of several newly elected congresswomen and —men), while Nickelodeon poster boy Drake Bell is diving into The Fish Tank, a comedy about a teen living alone in his family's home.

Also, Chris Parnell (30 Rock) and Missy Pyle (Charlie and the Chocolate Factory) have joined Big D, playing the sister and brother-in-law of a East Coast husband who moves with his wife to Dallas.

Baš sam pomislio da bi Back mogao biti ovogodišnji CBSov Jericho, i onda daju glavnu ulogu Skeetu Ulrichu :zubo:

Amanda's loss is Sydney's gain.

While Heather Locklear passed on the chance to be a part of the CW's Melrose Place reboot, Laura Leighton — who played sassy schemer Sydney Andrews on the original Fox prime-time sudser — has said yes.

Leighton will reprise her role in the pilot and then continue on as a recurring player, "if" the new Melrose gets ordered to series, says the Hollywood Reporter. Sources tell the trade that Sydney will serve as the landlord of the titular apartment complex/den of iniquity.

In the original Melrose's Season 5 finale, Sydney was hit by a car on her wedding day (relive it here at the 8:00 mark) and (incorrectly) presumed dead for the remainder of the series.

For those not entirely familiar with Leighton's character, I — as someone who used to "blog" recaps for Melrose in another age of man, before this Internet thing had quite met its promise — can sum up Sydney as an aspiring vamp and manipulator whose schemes always seemed to come up short, usually because she had too big a heart. And her taste in men? Eh.

In real life, Leighton has a better eye. During her Melrose run, she met her future husband, Doug Savant (formerly "Matt" and now of Desperate Housewives fame.)

Oživjeli su Sydney LOL
