Evo JOŠ jedan update :zubo: Znam da ovo nagađanje back and forth nema smisla, al jbga, ako nekog zanima :zubo:

With the networks wrapping up their internal screenings,  pilots are entering the final stretch when executives factor in testing and testing results as well as scheduling needs to make their picks for next fall. Here is the latest buzz on which pilots are still in contention:

FOX

Besides the Steven Spielberg-produced dinosaur fantasy Terra Nova, which is prepping for a midseason launch, Fox may pick up only one or two more new drama series, especially if it renews one of its bubble drama series Human Target or Lie To Me. (Human Target is looking a little stronger at the moment.) Midland appears a lock for the one slot, with a possible launch behind Fox's flagship drama House a possibility. Breakout Kings and Shawn Ryan’s Ridealong would duke it out for the potential second slot.

On the comedy side, Greg Garcia’s Keep Hope Alive and Mitch Hurwitz’s Wilde Kingdom have emerged as frontrunners, with Traffic Light and Security also in the running.

NBC

The network already picked up dramas Undercovers, The Event and Chase, hourlong anthology romantic comedy Love Bites and comedy Outsourced. With Law & Order: Los Angeles also on deck, I hear the drama pilots still in the running at the network include The Cape, Rockford Files and Kindreds. Neither is a slam-dunk but has strong chances for a pickup. The Cape was very well received but is a genre piece which always has its risks. Rockford Files has had a rocky run with a major reediting but its pedigree and high profile will probably be enough for a series order. Ditto on David E. Kelley’s Kindreds, which, outside of an overwhelming praise of Kathy Bates’ performance, has drawn mixed reactions at the network.

On the comedy side, there was a somewhat surprising omission in NBC’s Friday pickup UMS-produced series when hot comedy Perfect Couples didn't make the list. I hear it’s because NBC is considering it alongside another relationship-themed comedy pilot, Friends with Benefits that the network is also high on. Also in contention are Paul Reiser’s Next and the Matthew Broderick starrer Beach Lane, with early frontrunner This Little Piggy still hanging in there but continuing to slide down on the buzzmeter.

CBS

Hawaii Five-0 is as good as on-the-air, with legal drama Defenders still very strong, along with Chaos and a rising dark horse, the John Wells-produced untitled medical drama, which is gaining buzz. Meanwhile, there continue to be mixed signals on the Criminal Minds spinoff, which remains in contention, possibly for midseason.

On the comedy side, besides Mike & Molly, whose slot on the schedule is assured, Team Spitz and Bleep My Dad Said are strong, with Mad Love (form. True Love) and Livin’ on a Prayer also still in contention.

ABC

It’s still pretty murky on the drama side at ABC with No Ordinary Family, Detroit 187, The Whole Truth, Body of Proof, Off The Map and Generation Y all still in contention.

The untitled couples pilot and Mr. Sunshine appear the strongest contenders on the comedy side, with Happy EndingsWright Vs. Wrong and also in the running and Awkward Situations For Men and Who Gets the Parents also  a possibility.

CW

Besides Nikita, which is a go, cheerleading drama Hellcats is also considered a frontrunner, with HMS and Betwixt in contention.

Sad sam tek skužio da NBC ima Chase, a CBS Chaos - ja mislio da je to jedno te isto

Iz TV Guide-a:

With networks set to announce their fall TV lineups next week, TVGuide.com has the scoop on which pilots stand the best chance of flourishing next season. From medical dramas and romantic comedies to spies and Shatner, here's our take on 14 solid bets for the fall:

Body of Proof (ABC)
Attached: Geoffrey Arend, Nicholas Bishop, Dana Delany, John Carroll Lynch, Windell Middlebrooks, Jeri Ryan, Sonja Sohn

Summary: Delany stars as Dr. Megan Hunt, a no-nonsense doctor-turned-medical examiner who struggles to balance her work and personal life.

Pedigree: Created by Chris Murphey, Oz and CSI: Miami producer Sunil Nayar and Dirty Sexy Money's Matthew Gross will both executive-produce.

Why it has a shot: If you liked Delany's character on Castle, you'll probably like Dr. Hunt.

Breakout Kings (Fox)
Attached: Laz Alonso, Malcolm Goodwin, Domenick Lombardozzi, Brooke Nevin, Jimmi Simpson, Nicole Steinwedell

Summary: Three wise convicts (Goodwin, Simpson and Steinwedell) are pulled out of jail to help track down escapees. They get a month off their sentences for each one they take down.

Pedigree: Prison Break producers Matt Olmstead and Nick Santora will act as executive producers and showrunners.

Why it has a shot: It's a fun and original setup for a procedural: a new breakout each week.

Chase (NBC)
Attached: Kelli Giddish, Cole Hauser, Jesse Metcalfe, Amaury Nolasco, Rose Rollins

Summary: The drama centers on Annie Frost (Giddish), a wholesome-yet-lethal Texan who leads a task force against violent fugitives. Those at the top constitute what's known as "The Bitch List."

Pedigree: Jennifer Johnson created the series, with Jerry Bruckheimer as executive producer.

Why it has a shot: Well, it's already been picked up for the fall. Our heroine's antics in the pilot show she isn't afraid to die and that she knows when she's being played. The criminals' super-violent streaks raise the stakes. And Frost seems to be chasing more than criminals.

Hawaii Five-0 (CBS)
Attached: Scott Caan, Daniel Dae Kim, Taryn Manning, Alex O'Loughlin, Grace Park, Jean Smart

Summary: The reboot of the CBS cop series follows Det. Steve McGarrett (Moonlight's O'Laughlin) and his team as they hunt criminals that plague the islands.

Pedigree: Fringe producers Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci are showrunners and executive producers.

Why it has a shot: Fond memories of the old show, and a strong cast led by O'Loughlin and Lost's Kim.

Kristin Kreuk divorces Hitched, Sara Fletcher nabs role

Hitched (CBS)
Attached: Jack Carpenter, Sara Fletcher, Sharon Lawrence, Eugene Levy, Riki Lindhorne, Thomas Middleditch, Kurtwood Smith

Summary: Two nice kids (Carpenter and Fletcher) get — you guessed it — hitched, but realize all too quickly that they don't know much about each other. The half-hour comedy chronicles the enlightening moments the twentysomethings share as they navigate their new life.

Pedigree: Created by Chuck's Josh Schwartz and Matt Miller, who are also executive producers.

Why it has a shot: The scenario's built-in tension offers lots of comedic potential.

Livin' on a Prayer (CBS)
Attached: Kyle Bornheimer, Joe Manganiello, Jaime Pressly, Lindsay Sloane

Summary: This half-hour series focuses on a couple (Sloane and Bornheimer) at the precipice of taking their relationship to the next level.

Pedigree: How I Met Your Mother producers Carter Bays and Craig Thomas are showrunners and executive producers.

Why it has a shot: The Mother team is bringing another romantic comedy to CBS. Plus the characters talk to the camera in a Better Off Ted-esque style that feels inclusive. And the show shares a name with a totally awesome song.

Love Bites (NBC)
Attached: Becki Newton, Jordana Spiro

Premise: The comedy follows three loosely connected romantic story lines involving love, dating and marriage.

Pedigree: Created by Sex and the City producer Cindy Chupack, who is also an executive producer.

Why it has a shot: Spiro (Frannie) and Newton (Annie) are a perfect comedic match, and the story lines offer something for everyone. Except little kids who think love, dating and marriage are gross. Plus: It's already been picked up for the fall.

Luck (HBO)
Attached: Kerry Condon, Ritchie Coster, Kevin Dunn, Dennis Farina, Jason Gedrick, Ian Hart, Jill Hennessy, Dustin Hoffman, Richard Kind, Nick Nolte, John Ortiz, Tom Payne

Summary: The drama breaks down the real aspects of the horse-racing biz, from the degenerate gamblers at the track to the million-dollar horses, young jockeys and egotistical trainers on the track. It's anchored by Hoffman's Ace, who did a stint in prison protecting all the aforementioned cronies.

Pedigree: Miami Vice producer Michael Mann and David Milch of Deadwood and NYPD Blue will executive-produce, with Milch as showrunner.

Why it has a shot: It has a two-time Oscar winner in the lead, major talents holding the reins, and true grit.

Mr. Sunshine (ABC)

Attached: Andrea Anders, Portia Doubleday, Allison Janney, James Lesure, Matthew Perry, Nate Torrence

Summary: This comedy follows Ben (Perry) as he jumps into his 40s without a wife or even a true friend. As he struggles to find any kind of connection, he learns the one girl he's been sleeping with is actually pregnant with what is likely his nemesis' baby. He also has to take charge at work when he realizes his boss (Janney) is a pill-popping eccentric.

Pedigree: Friends' Perry has teamed up with Rules of Engagement's Alex Barnow and Marc Firek to executive-produce.

Why it has a shot: The dialogue is fast-paced and quippy. Ben's efforts to convince himself that he's happy alone are funny and character-building. Plus, Perry's return to TV after his failed stint on Studio 60 will certainly attract viewers, especially since his former work wife, Courteney Cox, is on the tube as well.

Andrea Anders joins Matthew Perry in Mr. Sunshine

Nikita (CW)
Attached: Xander Berkeley, Melinda Clarke, Lyndsy Fonseca, Tiffany Hines, Maggie Q, Sebastien Roberts, Aaron Stanford, Shane West

Summary: The reboot follows an assassin (Q) who has defected from a top-secret government organization. As she tries to shut down its operation, her former colleagues attempt to hunt her down and kill her.

Pedigree: Craig Silverstein of Bones and K-Ville created the series and will act as executive producer with McG.

Why it has a shot: The series has a sweet twist from the original film and spin-off USA show: Nikita is actually trying to take down the organization she used to work for. She also has an inside man, or woman.

Nomads (CW)
Attached: Luke Ford, Warren Kole, Michaela McManus, Scott Porter, Gabriella Wright

Premise: The drama follows a group of backpackers who pick up random jobs from the CIA to finance their travels. John (Porter) joins the group of misfits while searching for his missing brother in Southeast Asia.

Pedigree: Ken Sanzel of Numb3rs created the series and will executive-produce.

Why it has a shot: The project's mix of sex, drugs and guns recalls The Beach and the Bourne trilogy.

Off the Map (ABC)
Attached: Valerie Cruz, Caroline Dhavernes, Jason George, Mamie Gummer, Martin Henderson, Enrique Murciano

Summary: The story centers on three docs (Dhavernas, Gummer and Murciano) with troubled pasts who leave the U.S. to do some good at a clinic where they deal with alternative medicine and a tight budget.

Pedigree: This jungle drama comes from ABC's resident doc producer Shonda Rhimes, who will executive-produce with Betsy Beers and Jenna Bans, who created the series.

Why it has a shot: The formula may sound similar to that of Grey's Anatomy, but these docs are looking for redemption, and it will be intriguing to discover what they're atoning for.

Meryl Streep's daughter goes Off the Map

Sh-- My Dad Says (CBS)
Attached: Ryan Devlin, Stephanie Lemelin, Will Sasso, William Shatner, Nicole Sullivan

Summary: This Twitter-born half-hour comedy is about exactly what the title says. By freely discussing bowel movements and comparing girlfriends to subway trains, Shatner's Ed constantly embarrasses his son, Henry (Devlin), who's had to move back in with him.

Pedigree: Will & Grace producers David Kohan and Max Mutchnick will executive-produce.

Why it has a shot: Shatner finally gets a show where he will have no filter, other than that provided by the FCC. What happens when you bring a date to your dad's house after 9 p.m.? For Henry, the answer involves nudity and a shotgun.

Terra Nova (Fox)
Attached: Kyle Chandler is in talks to join the series.

Summary: It's 2149 A.D. and to allieve overpopulation, the government finds a crack in the space-time continuum that opens up to a parallel universe in prehistoric times. A family crosses over to find that the military, using fear of the dinosaurs, has created a dictatorship that the original universe has no knowledge of or control over.

Pedigree: Created by Craig Silverstein and executive-produced by Steven Spielberg.

Why it has a shot: It's a grim look at the future that isn't so unfamiliar. Plus, a dino-drama from the man behind Jurassic Park is a hot property for Fox, which will likely give the series a blind 13-episode order.

Which pilot sounds the most promising?

Već ćeš idući tjedan moć vidjet 2-3 minutne promose za sve nove serije, tak da već onda moć odlučit :D Ak ti je to dovoljno, ofkorz :zubo:

Evo još vijesti:

Perfect Couples appears to be the next pilot on the runway for a series pickup. I hear the hot comedy pilot from UMS and writers Scott Silveri  and Jon Pollack  has been authorized to make offers to writers, usually a step before a full-fledged series order. Meanwhile, the network's other relationship comedy, the 20th TV-produced Friends With Benefits seems to still be in contention too as it is actively looking for a showrunner. And legal drama Garza is heating up. With star Jimmy Smits testing well and enjoying strong support at NBC, there is a lot of chatter about the show, from Conan O'Brien's production company, being retooled for midseason.

For weeks, even in the face of Heroes‘ bottom-dwelling ratings, conventional wisdom among TV-industry insiders has been that NBC was leaning heavily toward bringing back its once-mighty superhero series for a fifth and final thirteen-episode wrap-up season. But as NBC has become more confident in its slate of new shows, all indications are that our Heroes are dead.

Mwahahaha :E

Exclu: Sources say Fox is picking up Shawn Ryan's latest police drama "RideAlong" and Texas-set drama "Midland" (now called "Lone Star"), as well as single-camera comedies "Traffic Light" and "Keep Hope Alive."

The decisions represent the network's first pilot pickups for next season.

The network is also set to renew bubble show "Lie to Me" despite Ryan departing as showrunner for next season. No word yet on the fate of "Human Target."

EDIT: Evo, i Human Target je navodno, kao i LTM, dobio narudžbu za 13 novih epizoda :D :top:

I malo vijesti s NBCa :D

EXCLUSIVE: While legal drama pilot Garza is on the fence at best, its high-testing star Jimmy Smits is red-hot at NBC. I hear the network has approached him to star in the new Law & Order series, L&O:LA, from Brotherhood creator Blake Masters. While considered a long shot, this is a smart move by NBC as Smits is a TV star and was great on the network’s The West Wing. The network is clearly looking for a big name to front LOLA. I also heard ramblings that it approached Dermot Mulroney, who toplines another NBC drama pilot in limbo, Rockford Files, for the new Dick Wolf series. (By the way, renewal for the flagship L&O series is pretty much a done deal. It will return for a record-breaking 21st and final season.)

Meanwhile, a retooled Garza, which is produced by Conan O'Brien's production company, for midseason is still a possibility, though it is fading. Among the three NBC legal drama pilots, David E. Kelley’s Kindreds, Garza and Rex Is Not Your Lawyer, Kindreds still appears as the most-likely one, with Rex in the mix with solid internal support. Overall, The Cape looks like the strongest bet for a drama series pickup at NBC, possibly for midseason because of the special effects involved. Rockford is not looking good in its current incarnation and may be reshot/redeveloped. On the comedy side, Perfect Couples and Paul Reiser’s Next are going strong, with Friends With Benefits and This Little Piggy also in the mix.

THIS JUST IN: Although there’s no official word from Fox, sources confirm that the network is thisclose to picking up Lie to Me for a 13-episode third season. Fox has also opted to bring back struggling freshman drama Human Target for a 13-episode second season, with Chuck co-executive producer Matthew Miller coming on board to serve as co-showrunner alongside Jonathan Steinberg.

FOX obnovio i Human target i Lie to me.  :D

NBC might opt to ditch "Heroes," but there's a new group of superheroes coming to primetime next season.

ABC has picked up "No Ordinary Family," starring Michael Chiklis ("The Shield") and Julie Benz ("Dexter").

The ABC Studios project is from Greg Berlanti ("Everwood," "Dirty Sexy Money") and writer Jon Feldman and centers on a family that suddenly develops special powers and have to learn how to deal with their new abilities.

Woohoo :cheer:

EDIT: Još ima pun k vijesti :zubo:

PREVIOUS 3 PM: NBC picked up romantic comedy Perfect Couples to series. It hails from UMS and writers Jon Pollack and Scott Silveri. Andy Ackerman directed the pilot. The pilot started making firm offers to writers yesterday. “Jon and Scott are hugely talented writer-producers and they’ve really delivered with Perfect Couples,” NBC’s scripted chief Angela Bromstad said.  Perfect Couples chronicles the relationships of three couples. It stars Kyle Howard, Christine Woods, Dave Walton, Mary Elizabeth Ellis, Hayes MacArthur and Olivia Munn. Perfect Couples joins recently picked up new NBC series Chase, Undercovers, The Event, Love Bites, and Outsourced.
UPDATE 3:20 PM: The Matthew Broderick starrer Beach Lane pilot is now dead.

Mitch Hurwitz and Will Arnett's Wilde Kingdom has been picked up to series. The show is now being called Running Wilde. The comedy, which also stars Keri Russell, is being produced by Tantamount and Principato-Young Entertainment and Lionsgate. Hurwitz and Arnett co-wrote the pilot with Jim Vallely. The three are executive producing with Eric Tannenbaum, Kim Tannenbaum, Peter Principato and Paul Young. It stars Arnett as a rich Beverly Hills jackass who falls in love with a charitable tree-hugging woman (Russell).

UPDATE 2:30PM: Breakout Kings, a surprising early frontrunner after great testing scores, is now dead at Fox. The procedural will probably be shopped elsewhere. Also dead is Breaking In, the comedy pilot starring Christian Slater.

UPDATE 6:30PM: And Most Likely To Succeed too is now officially dead at Fox. This one had a lot of fans.

UPDATE 4:15PM: Also dead are comedies Tax Man and Strange Brew.

UPDATE: The 3 top ABC comedy pilots at the moment, Mr. Sunshine, Untitled Couples and Happy Endings are all meeting with writers. Also meeting with potential writers is another ABC drama pilot Generation Y, and the Shonda Rhimes-produced Off The Map is making "if come" deals with writers.

Hvala Bogu, Christian Slater nema novu seriju iduće sezone :s :zubo:

S obzirom da je u zadnjih 24h nastao opći kaos sa novim serijama, evo kako stvari (zasad) stoje :D

NBC: Undercovers, The Event, Love Bites, Chase, Outsourced, Perfect Couples
CBS: /
ABC: No Ordinary Family
FOX: Ride-Along, Lone Star, Traffic Light, Keep Hope Alive, Running Wilde
CW: /

Today I heard a prediction for overall upfront spending at the four biggest broadcast networks: north of $9 billion. "And that's even with NBC in the shit," one of my top TV insiders explained (ignoring that NBC's development for next fall is looking better than it has in years). So that's why I'm hearing that this will be the biggest upfront maybe in the history of the broadcast business. And this upbeat forecast is coming from everyone -- network suits, top agents, advertising execs, financial analysts. They're all saying that the TV biz is back and in a big way, especially among the broadcast networks. As one of my sources described, "Advertisers are hungering for broadcast network shows again." If this year is a feast, then last year was a famine: overall upfront spending at the Big 4 alphabet networks in the midst of the economic crisis slid 13% to only about $6.5 billion in 2009. Auto ads, pharma ads, consumer products ads, were down or disappeared entirely. Lower prices per viewer and lower overall spending were the rule with no exceptions for last year's upfront. True, scatter market demand was unexpectedly better and therefore pricing surprisingly stronger. Still, that was seen as more of a fluke than a trend. Contrast that with this year: in late April, the Wall Street Journal headlined a story, "Upfront Market Looks Primed for an Upswing: Outlook Improves for Advance Sales of Network-TV Spots as Companies Boost Spending". But no one even then would have predicted north of $9B. Trust me, no one.

Warning: The following info is purely speculative and should by no means be taken as gospel. We’re heading into upfront week, people, and rumors are flying fast and furious. Here’s what some of the loudest chatter is centered on…
The CW is said to be strongly considering renewing both One Tree Hill and Life Unexpected for 12 episodes apiece. Among new shows, the Nikita reboot is a lock, Scott Porter’s Nomads is flirting with a possible midseason order, and ASP’s The Wyoming Project is… generating absolutely no buzz.
As NYMag speculated (and Greg Grunberg all but confirmed with his cryptweet), Heroes is likely dead.
Barring an eleventh-hour about-face, NBC will be bringing Chuck back for a fourth season.
Sources close to Law & Order tell me that NBC will shoot down Gunsmoke‘s record and renew the mothership for a groundbreaking 21st season.
All signs point to ABC picking up Shonda Rhimes’ doctors-in-paradise medical drama Off the Map, although the boss lady herself just told me she isn’t counting her chickens just yet. “People like it, it [tested] well, but you never know,” she admitted. “I really liked Inside the Box last year and it didn’t get picked up.”
SPOILER ALERT: This doesn’t concern upfronts, but a crazed gunman is making a beeline for Seattle Grace. Click here for details!
Industry sources are giving Fox props for yesterday’s pickup of ambitious dramas Ride-Along and Lone Star. “I hope people aren’t missing the significance of a network like Fox pushing ahead with two projects like this,” acknowledged one veteran TV producer. “The fact that Fox is giving both shows a shot is an important thing for quality television.”

Kako sam i očekivao - i LUX i OTH će bit novu sezonu :D Navodno :o :zubo:

Nikita  No comment.

Dear Shona Rhimes, posveti se ti popravljanju Grey's anatomy i Privatne prakse, smišljaj nove serije kad završiš s te dvije
