"Mercy," a new medical drama with a unique point of view, portrays the lives of the staff at Mercy Hospital as seen through the eyes of those who know it best -- its nurses. Nurse Veronica Callahan (Taylor Schilling, "Dark Matter") returns to Mercy from a military tour in Iraq -- and she knows more about medicine than all of the residents combined. Together with fellow nurses Sonia Jimenez (Jamie Lee Kirchner, "Rescue Me") and Chloe Payne (Michelle Trachtenberg, "Gossip Girl"), Callahan navigates through the daily traumas and social landmines of life and love both inside the hospital and out in the real world. The cast also includes: James Tupper ("Men in Trees") as Dr. Chris Sands, a new doctor at the hospital who complicates Veronica's life; Diego Klattenhoff ("Supernatural") as Mike Callahan, Veronica's husband; and Guillermo Diaz ("Weeds") as Nurse Angel Lopez. "Mercy" is a production from Universal Media Studios and Berman Braun. UNIVERSAL CITY, CALIF. - July 15, 2009 - NBC's new drama series "Mercy" will debut on Wednesday, September 23 (8-9 p.m. ET) in place of the new drama "Parenthood" which will premiere at a later date to be announced.

"Mercy," a new medical drama with a unique point of view, portrays the lives of the staff at Mercy Hospital as seen through the eyes of those who know it best -- its nurses. Nurse Veronica Callahan (Taylor Schilling, "Dark Matter") returns to Mercy from a military tour in Iraq -- and she knows more about medicine than all of the residents combined. Together with fellow nurses Sonia Jimenez (Jaime Lee Kirchner, "Rescue Me") and Chloe Payne (Michelle Trachtenberg, "Gossip Girl"), Veronica navigates through the daily traumas and social landmines of life and love both inside the hospital and out in the real world.

Grozan sam, al ja želim da ovo bude loše i da ima groznu gledanost, samo da se Michelle vrati u GG

Isto kao i za Eastwick - očekivao katastrofu, a ono solidna serija

Mislim, to je tipična doktorska serija sa likovima koji su stereotipi za doktorsku seriju i kroz cijelu epizodu se provlači sve već viđeno - nesreća "na terenu" i cijela "I'm a doctor" spika, dvoje pacijenata koji se žele međusobno poklat, nadrkana baba... Al dobro, gluma je okej, scenarij je solidan - ima tu nešto

Jedino me živcira lik Guilerma iz Weedsa - kao lošija kopija Momoa iz Nurse Jackie...

Serija je često teški klišej, ali ne znam, ima nešto u njoj što me privlači

Baš mi je dobra serija

I drago mi je da je Trauma iduća na chopping blocku, možda izdrži svih 13 epizoda

The doctor is in, and he… ZOMG it’s Dawson Leery!
Dawson’s Creek grad James Van Der Beek is joining the cast of Mercy in the major recurring role of Liam West, the hospital’s new ICU chief, sources confirm to me exclusively.
Cocky, womanizing, and manipulative, Dr. West will frequently clash with Sands, Harris, and the nurses. But beneath the alpha-male swagger lies a brilliant MD whose primary goal is to make Mercy Hospital money. The new doc is also hiding a deep, dark secret.
Word has it that Van Der Beek could become a series regular if the character clicks.
That begs the question: Do you think the character will click?

Maybe Alison Sweeney should host The Tonight Show. Lord knows she already works on every other show at NBC.

The next phase of the Days of Our Lives and Biggest Loser star’s quest for complete Peacock domination kicks in this March, when she guests on the network’s freshman medical drama, Mercy.

According to sources, Sweeney will play a bus-crash victim who appears to have only minor injuries. However, the docs and nurses soon discover (spoiler alert!) that she has shrapnel in her brain, causing her to act out of character.

So, what do you think of this whole Sweeney/Tonight Show idea? Maybe not now, but in, say, five years when Leno steps down again. I can kind of see it.

Definitivno ću počet ovo pratit, već sam skinuo par epizoda, al nemam vremena pogledat.

Pogledao sam pilot i mogu reći da sam ugodno iznenađen.

Nisam očekivao nešto zbog slabe gledanosti.

Serija je skroz solidna i sigurno ću pratiti i dalje.

Cast mi je dobar, a i radnja nije loša.

Pacijenti su uglavnom klišeji, i sasvim je predvidljivo što će se s njima dogodit, ali ako se to zanemari, serija stvarno jest okej

Postat će puno bolja s vremenom

Nisam pogledao zadnje 3 epizode

S obzirom da je lito, ja sam u fazi nadoknađivanja serija, koje sam vrijedno skidao.

Trenutno sam na na 8. epizodi i moram priznati da mi je serija zaista odlična, tako da sam baš razočaran, što je ukinuta. Čak mi je i bolja od GA, jer nema toliko patetike, a likovi su više realistični nego onamo
